I can't recommend Tanya highly enough. A friend of mine was buying a house at the same time as me--similar circumstances, but with a different agency--and her experience was so frustrating compared to mine. It really underscored the value of having an agent who will go the extra mile.
Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle. It was heartbreaking to lose what I thought was the perfect home for me and my daughter. However, Ryan didn't give up and he convinced me not to either. It took a couple of months and looking at many homes, but Ryan found me the perfect home. Since then, Ryan has also become my handy man. He never left our side after the closing. The few little issues I've had, he has been quick to help me fix. He still gives me advice on things to purchase for my home and recommends who to call and what to buy.
