After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs. Ryan was dedicated and driven to finding the perfect house for myself and my daughter. I can't recommend Tanya highly enough. A friend of mine was buying a house at the same time as me--similar circumstances, but with a different agency--and her experience was so frustrating compared to mine. It really underscored the value of having an agent who will go the extra mile.
Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle.
