Ryan was present during the home inspection, he helped me review the inspection report, as well as, revise the contract documents to include the various recommendations/fixes that needed to be made. Ryan was available throughout the whole process, as well as, helping me verify that all fixes were made before closing. Even after closing on my new home, a few issues arose over the 1st year and he was exceptionally diligent in getting in touch with the seller/builders to settle the concerns. Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle.
