It took a couple of months and looking at many homes, but Ryan found me the perfect home. Since then, Ryan has also become my handy man. He never left our side after the closing. The few little issues I've had, he has been quick to help me fix. He still gives me advice on things to purchase for my home and recommends who to call and what to buy. Ryan even came and hung my huge clock over my mantle. He has become my friend. He's honest, cares about his clients and will do whatever necessary to find you the perfect home. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Lina did an exceptional job assisting me in selling my house. She was very professional, kind, patient, understanding, and showed rapid results. I listed my house for sale by owner for a week. I had 2 showings, but no luck. Out of probably 30 calls from realtors, she was the one I felt I could trust the most. She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. She handled everything and stayed in constant contact with me, even when there was no updates she updated me and communicated that. She was awesome! If you are looking to buy or sell, Lina is a definite go-to. I don't trust very easily. She reached out to me, and we had a conversation, and I ended up calling her back about a week later. I trusted her the most out of all the realtors that I spoke with. I'm not saying they weren't trustworthy, but I don't give trust to people that easily. When I decide to buy a building or some land for my business and maybe even another home in the future, she'll be the one I call again.
