Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle. After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs. Ryan was dedicated and driven to finding the perfect house for myself and my daughter. Ryan is an enthusiastic, personable person, hard-working realtor/broker that gives his all into meeting his client’s needs and expectations.
