Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. I listed my house for sale by owner for a week. I had 2 showings, but no luck. Out of probably 30 calls from realtors, she was the one I felt I could trust the most. She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it.
