Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle. It was heartbreaking to lose what I thought was the perfect home for me and my daughter. However, Ryan didn't give up and he convinced me not to either.
