Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. We had a long conversation regarding my wants and she took it from there. She is so friendly and welcoming and allowed me the opportunity to make my own decisions without rushing me. She never pressured me into anything and throughout my home buying process, she kept me afloat regarding any status changes. She provided me with recommendations and was so patient through the entire process. She even took the time to check on me days after closing. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Lina did an exceptional job assisting me in selling my house. She was very professional, kind, patient, understanding, and showed rapid results. I listed my house for sale by owner for a week. I had 2 showings, but no luck. Out of probably 30 calls from realtors, she was the one I felt I could trust the most. She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. She handled everything and stayed in constant contact with me, even when there was no updates she updated me and communicated that. She was awesome! If you are looking to buy or sell, Lina is a definite go-to. I don't trust very easily. She reached out to me, and we had a conversation, and I ended up calling her back about a week later. I trusted her the most out of all the realtors that I spoke with. I'm not saying they weren't trustworthy, but I don't give trust to people that easily. When I decide to buy a building or some land for my business and maybe even another home in the future, she'll be the one I call again.
