Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs.
