After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs. He was also extremely helpful in helping me locate/contact the correct utility companies so that all my utilities could be seamlessly switched over. I can't recommend Tanya highly enough. A friend of mine was buying a house at the same time as me--similar circumstances, but with a different agency--and her experience was so frustrating compared to mine. It really underscored the value of having an agent who will go the extra mile.
Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house.
