She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. Ryan was present during the home inspection, he helped me review the inspection report, as well as, revise the contract documents to include the various recommendations/fixes that needed to be made. Even after closing on my new home, a few issues arose over the 1st year and he was exceptionally diligent in getting in touch with the seller/builders to settle the concerns. Ryan also contacted the my new HOA to verify that I could move my fence line so that I could install a dog door in my new laundry room. He was also extremely helpful in helping me locate/contact the correct utility companies so that all my utilities could be seamlessly switched over.
