I listed my house for sale by owner for a week. I had 2 showings, but no luck. Out of probably 30 calls from realtors, she was the one I felt I could trust the most. She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. She handled everything and stayed in constant contact with me, even when there was no updates she updated me and communicated that. She was awesome!
