After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs. Even after closing on my new home, a few issues arose over the 1st year and he was exceptionally diligent in getting in touch with the seller/builders to settle the concerns. Ryan also contacted the my new HOA to verify that I could move my fence line so that I could install a dog door in my new laundry room. He was also extremely helpful in helping me locate/contact the correct utility companies so that all my utilities could be seamlessly switched over.
