Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. Ryan and I had a rough start in finding me the perfect home. We both learned about the VA codes on a condo really quick. It was heartbreaking to lose what I thought was the perfect home for me and my daughter. However, Ryan didn't give up and he convinced me not to either.
