She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. She handled everything and stayed in constant contact with me, even when there was no updates she updated me and communicated that. She was awesome! If you are looking to buy or sell, Lina is a definite go-to. I don't trust very easily. She reached out to me, and we had a conversation, and I ended up calling her back about a week later. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle. Both she and the lenders she recommended made us feel like we had a whole team working for us. The inspectors she recommended were prompt and thorough. Tanya herself is super easy to communicate with and responded quickly every time I had a concern or needed an explanation.
I'm so grateful we had Tanya's advice for what repairs to push for vs. what we could take care of ourselves. We didn't have the confidence and certainly not the knowledge to negotiate--and she did.
