I listed my house for sale by owner for a week. I had 2 showings, but no luck. Out of probably 30 calls from realtors, she was the one I felt I could trust the most. She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs.
