I can't recommend Tanya highly enough. A friend of mine was buying a house at the same time as me--similar circumstances, but with a different agency--and her experience was so frustrating compared to mine. It really underscored the value of having an agent who will go the extra mile.
Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle. Both she and the lenders she recommended made us feel like we had a whole team working for us. The inspectors she recommended were prompt and thorough. Tanya herself is super easy to communicate with and responded quickly every time I had a concern or needed an explanation.

After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs. Even after closing on my new home, a few issues arose over the 1st year and he was exceptionally diligent in getting in touch with the seller/builders to settle the concerns. Ryan also contacted the my new HOA to verify that I could move my fence line so that I could install a dog door in my new laundry room. He was also extremely helpful in helping me locate/contact the correct utility companies so that all my utilities could be seamlessly switched over. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Lina did an exceptional job assisting me in selling my house. She was very professional, kind, patient, understanding, and showed rapid results. I listed my house for sale by owner for a week. I had 2 showings, but no luck. Out of probably 30 calls from realtors, she was the one I felt I could trust the most. She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. She handled everything and stayed in constant contact with me, even when there was no updates she updated me and communicated that. She was awesome! If you are looking to buy or sell, Lina is a definite go-to. I don't trust very easily. She reached out to me, and we had a conversation, and I ended up calling her back about a week later. I trusted her the most out of all the realtors that I spoke with. I'm not saying they weren't trustworthy, but I don't give trust to people that easily. When I decide to buy a building or some land for my business and maybe even another home in the future, she'll be the one I call again.
