I can't recommend Tanya highly enough. A friend of mine was buying a house at the same time as me--similar circumstances, but with a different agency--and her experience was so frustrating compared to mine. It really underscored the value of having an agent who will go the extra mile.
Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house. Tanya started by explaining all the reasons we shouldn't get our hopes too high, because all these things could prevent our getting this house. Then she proceeded to blast through every obstacle. Both she and the lenders she recommended made us feel like we had a whole team working for us. The inspectors she recommended were prompt and thorough. Tanya herself is super easy to communicate with and responded quickly every time I had a concern or needed an explanation.
I'm so grateful we had Tanya's advice for what repairs to push for vs. what we could take care of ourselves. We didn't have the confidence and certainly not the knowledge to negotiate--and she did.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Lina did an exceptional job assisting me in selling my house. She was very professional, kind, patient, understanding, and showed rapid results. I listed my house for sale by owner for a week. I had 2 showings, but no luck. Out of probably 30 calls from realtors, she was the one I felt I could trust the most. She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. She handled everything and stayed in constant contact with me, even when there was no updates she updated me and communicated that. She was awesome! If you are looking to buy or sell, Lina is a definite go-to. I don't trust very easily. She reached out to me, and we had a conversation, and I ended up calling her back about a week later. I trusted her the most out of all the realtors that I spoke with. I'm not saying they weren't trustworthy, but I don't give trust to people that easily.
