She listed my home, and within 3 days, my house was pending sale. That pending sale we actually closed on. She went beyond what she needed to do to help me when I needed it. After divorce and moving twice, first from the previous martial home to an extended stay hotel then to an apartment, I quickly realized that apartment living was not for me and I needed something of my own that was more suited to my needs. Ryan was dedicated and driven to finding the perfect house for myself and my daughter. Even after closing on my new home, a few issues arose over the 1st year and he was exceptionally diligent in getting in touch with the seller/builders to settle the concerns. Ryan also contacted the my new HOA to verify that I could move my fence line so that I could install a dog door in my new laundry room. He was also extremely helpful in helping me locate/contact the correct utility companies so that all my utilities could be seamlessly switched over.
