Ryan was present during the home inspection, he helped me review the inspection report, as well as, revise the contract documents to include the various recommendations/fixes that needed to be made. Ryan was available throughout the whole process, as well as, helping me verify that all fixes were made before closing. Even after closing on my new home, a few issues arose over the 1st year and he was exceptionally diligent in getting in touch with the seller/builders to settle the concerns.
